L'ACDLec (Association des Centres Distributeurs E.Leclerc) est l'organe qui attribue aux adhérents le droit d'utiliser les marques Leclerc, qui détermine les orientations stratégiques du "Mouvement Leclerc" et qui s'assure que ses valeurs fondamentales soient respectées et bien utilisées par les adhérents et affiliés.
