The European Business Association (EBA) was registered in May 2017 with the vision that doing business in Georgia will be the same as doing business in Europe. The objectives are to facilitate the development of EU-Georgia trade and investment and to advocate for European Businesses in Georgia. EBA unites European companies operating in Georgia and Georgian companies interested in exporting goods/services to the EU. EBA is represented on various platforms, including Investors Council, Authorization Council of Vocational Education Institutions; Skills Agency; Brussels-based European Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises Associations and EBO Worldwide Network. Moreover, EBA drives effective advocacy and implements various projects through its diverse committees. Youth empowerment is a top priority for the association. EBAYouth, established 4 years ago under EBA, is a platform with hundreds of youth representatives. EBA runs annual projects focused on youth development.
