L'association a pour but non lucratif d’utilité internationale de promouvoir par analyse commune, action commune, recherches et échange d’information, une politique d’asile humaine et libérale en Europe et de sensibiliser à la crise de réfugiés mondiale et en particulier, sans être exhaustif, en fournissant: a) des analyses de politiques et présentation et représentation des positions politiques adoptées par ECRE; b) des analyses juridiques et networking dans des milieux juridiques; c) produire, manier et disséminer des informations et de la documentation.
