The non-profit purpose of the Association shall be, within Europe and within the Republic of Türkiye, to: (a) Promote the development of trade, investment and economic relations between Europe and the Republic of Türkiye, including but not limited to the modernization of the Customs Union; (b) Voice the interests of European businesses and companies in the scope of trade and investment relations with the Republic of Türkiye; (c) Support legislations, policies, initiatives and strategies in relating to Environmental Social and Governance (ESG), including but not limited to the decrease of greenhouse gas impact and circular economy, and promote the implementation of such legislations, policies, initiatives and strategies within the European-Turkish business community; While fulfilling its purpose, the Association commits to the highest ethical standards and subscribes to the principles of transparency, honesty and integrity.
