We wish to get clarity on the inconsistent application of EU sanctions on "connected entities" to Russian oligarchs, establish how local NCAs are to interpret rulings, or firewalls/safeguarding measures introduced at a local/subsidiary level in these entities, and push for consistent messaging/positions from the Commission and local NCAs on the matter.
