The Foundation pursues aims of general public interest, namely the promotion of the use of renewable energy sources, the dissemination of energy efficiency measures, and the setting up of a framework enabling investments in renewables in the countries of the South and East Mediterranean, as well as of Sub-Saharan Africa.
