**Building the First European Sustainable Polysilicon Plant** Polysilicon is a vital raw material for a variety of innovative products, and RESi is set to target three key markets: (1) semiconductors, (2) solar energy, and (3) battery anodes. Our production starts with high-purity metallurgic silicon, which is refined to meet the stringent requirements of the semiconductor (N11, 11 nines) and solar industries (N9). To minimize environmental impact, RESi will utilize green electricity from wind and solar parks, alongside green hydrogen from European suppliers, ensuring a truly sustainable product proudly labeled 'Made in Europe.' The first plant is planned for the Netherlands, with an initial capacity of 13 metric tons (MT), expandable to 26 MT as power resources increase. We also foresee additional facilities in Spain and France, with discussions to follow after securing financial support for the initial engineering phase.
