SCHDC is a community development company formed to develop and extend the existing harbour in Schull Co Cork and in particular to build a 234 berth sailing marina within the harbour for which the company has been granted planning permission by Cork County Council Planning Authority and to carry out all ancilliary work to implement this objective.
