“Union of European Clubs” abbreviated “UEC” is an international non-profit association of European Football clubs constituted in accordance with the laws of Belgium following the Code on Companies and Associations of 23 March 2019, published the 4th April 2019 in the Belgian official Gazette (hereafter “CCA”).
